SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR SALES REPRESENTATIVE:

· Sells, builds, merchandise, and maintains displays.

· Rotates products to ensure freshness and is responsible for any outdated products.

· Maintains good rapport with all retail customers.

· Sells in additional new packages for incremental sales and distribution.

· Monitors competition and reports back to management any extraordinary competitive activity

· Reports broken neon’s and request custom P.O.S.

· Stocks coolers and displays with back-room inventory.

· Merchandises coolers, cooler windows, store window, store walls, and displays with appropriate signage.

· Attend and participate in sales meeting.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SALES REPRESENTATIVE:

· High school diploma or GED preferred; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

· Class A-CDL driver’s license preferred or ability to obtain Class A-CDL driver's license in the future.

· Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organizations.

· Ability to safely operate company vehicle.

· Ability to operate iPad with Mobility software

· Compensation for this position is on a commission plus bonus basis.
